[Xon] Redis Cache 2.18.12

[kashif]

kashif updated [Xon] Redis Cache with a new update entry:

Redis Cache By Xon 2.18.12

• Fix load_from_replicas option set to empty or preferLocalReplica with shell_exec disabled would cause a site outage as the redis adaptor fails due to an uncatched Error
• Fix SymfonyCache/CacheItem::expiresAtWithType() API support which was broken (would basically force a negative TTL which causes the item to immediately expire). This API was not known to be used by any add-on or XenForo
