** Upgrade Notes**

Back up your files and database before upgrading.

Upload the new version files and run `php artisan migrate`. This release includes 26 additive database migrations.

Run `php artisan settings:encrypt-secrets` to encrypt sensitive settings.

Clear the configuration cache using `php artisan config:clear` and restart the queue workers.

Configure the cron job to run `php artisan schedule:run` every minute. Scheduled rides, AI knowledge synchronization, and driver statistics depend on it.

Replace `TEST_MODE` with `DEMO_MODE` in the `.env` file. Keep `DEMO_MODE=false` in production.

Update both customer and driver apps to support the new API endpoints.
