• Remove the dependency of add-on D.C Style - Attachment View

Note: This version requires XF 2.3+

• Update new feature: Auto optimize external images when selecting them as thumbnail
• Update new feature: By default, display thumbnail version of attached images instead of full-sized
• Update new thumbnail selector UI
